“This is NOT an hotel. They rent/sell apartments and have some services an hotel would have. Restaurant is a separate entity which they are not clear about. (I had to pay every single breakfast and every meal if I wanted to have them on site). Also comunication with the receptions is unusually challenging. They made every usual hotel service (airport transfer, invoicing, concierge etc...) incredibly slow. I.e. After they offered to pick me up from the airport and several confirmations emails I...
