“Siamo stati a Portsmouth per il diploma di nostra figlia, che ha fatto un'esperienza da exchange student a Minford. Eravamo in 3, io, mio marito e mio figlio di 12 anni, abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per un totale di 5 notti, non consecutive, e per 2 volte siamo stati sistemati nella stessa stanza al 5° piano. “Perfect for a short one night stay for work. Very basic, but clean and a nice Quality Inn. Staff was not very attentive (understaffed?) and hard to find at the front desk at times, but friendly. Breakfast was good, some hot options (waffles, sausage and egg/ cheese omelets). The pool was warm which was very nice! I rarely use pools at hotels because they tend to be cold.”

“We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling.”

“The couple (I believe they are a couple) who own this place are incredible. So, nice, so accommodating, such a lovely couple of people. However, I do need to be honest.
