“Very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed.”

“We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served.”

“Staff was very pleasant, very convenient to get to the casino as they have a shuttle about every 15 minutes. Bar downstairs (Turf club?) was great albeit very smoky. The food we had/tried from the bar area was not pleasant. The luggage carts had flat tires but everything else was really good.”

“Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

“I stay here whenever I am in town because it's the cheapest and check-in is always easy, even after 10 pm. However, the room I had this time had some plumbing challenges. Clogged bath, loose toilet seat. Enough towels for one person and stained. But I understand many towels are stolen quite often at this location. The place always serves the primary purpose, which is a place to stay late when the races get out, and is easy enough to leave first thing in the morning. Grateful for the $22 discount...

“Did not like the Continental Breakfast. No hot food, not even a waffle maker so we passed. I expected much better.”

“Room made up only every other day so never made up during our 2 night stay. Tissue box in bathroom was empty; only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom; no q-tips or cotton; no shower cap, no cup; no coffee maker in the room. Pretty bare bones. Breakfast offerings were minimal but okay. Staff was nice though we had to search for tissues and other items ourselves. Not recommended.”

“It is creepy. The first thing you see at the reception desk are screens showing hallways etc. Immediately my friends and I wiondered if our rooms had cameras too. There was no soap. The liquid dispensers didnt expel enough soap to wash your hands, let alone take a shower. We had to buy soap. And why just a package of kleenex...what about a box?? The "bedspread," was thin and provided no warmth at all. The quality and type of food left us searching for breakfast elsewhere.”

“Clean, decent hotel. Wanted to charge us for an early check-in, which seemed excessive considering that they weren’t full, but in the end we got in an hour early and it was a good stay. Pool area needs improvement, my son’s feet got caught on exposed metal bolts and cut up his feet. Clean rooms.”

“The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated.”

“Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!”

“The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”
