“There was a couple of stains on 2 of the linens otherwise everything was 👍”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“I was there for one night. I got there late and went to bed as I had a flight. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower the shower did not work at all. The handle was completely busted. I had to leave to catch my flight so couldn’t shower or wait to get it fixed. I was told to sign up for Hilton honors and they’d give me a credit. So turned into a marketing ploy rather then help or any credit or refund. A hotel room has two jobs… sleep and shower.”

“We only stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. Very convenient to the airport.”

“The Quality Inn at Harpers Ferry is located 5 minutes from Harpers Ferry Lowertown which is the historic heart of the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The Quality Inn was very clean, had plenty of parking and offered a nice morning breakfast.”

“Rooms clean breakfast and the pool was well kept. Staff very helpful. Our room was very noisy due to street traffic. We had another room on the other side of the building in 29 minutes ”
