Hotel a Palmetto Island State Park

“The room I was initially given was dirty. I was given another room but experienced some issues in that one as well. The water was not hot and the AC had water leaking out of it.”

“This hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and overall upkeep. When we first checked in, our room was on the second floor, and even walking down the hallway felt unsafe because there were several soft spots in the floor that made it feel like you could fall through. Once we got into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so we requested to be moved. The second room didn’t leave a much better impression. “Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”

“The staff was nice and made sure my room was clean. Parking was good. In order to get breakfast I’m guessing you have to be up at 6 when it’s served.”

“The manager gave us two rooms. In both rooms the A/C put out such a foul smell that we could not stay there. When we asked for a refund he did not argue. Gave us a refund and was very nice about it.”
