Total Reno ....... Gulf Highlands è una grande comunità recintata con una club house privata situata sulla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Ha il suo snack bar, ponti per prendere il sole e visite turistiche, piscina direttamente sulla spiaggia, + 10 piscine aggiuntive, 4 riscaldate, shuffle board, sicurezza, mini golf a 18 buche (gratuito), palestra, appena fuori dal patio è un bellissima laguna che si snoda attraverso il complesso.



No animali, unità non fumatori. (fumare all'interno o un odore di fumo perderà il deposito) Deve avere 23 anni per noleggiare l'unità.

Master suite matrimoniale con materasso pillow top e bagno privato. 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso pillow top. Queen divano letto nel soggiorno. 3a camera da letto ha un letto full size. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. L'unità è estesa su entrambi i piani superiore e inferiore con una bella sala da pranzo familiare che si affaccia sulla laguna. Griglia a gas e tavolo in cemento sul patio posteriore. Nuova vernice, nuove lenzuola, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuove piastrelle e moquette. 4 TV a schermo piatto, cucina completamente attrezzata, ripiani in granito, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ristrutturazione completa.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The property was clean and cozy. The pool is right across from the unit. It was was a short walk to the beach and we loved that we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot.

Excellent! Would highly recommend!

This unit is BEAUTIFUL, right along the canal where literally hundreds of turtles find their home, and just a very short walk to the beach, the numerous very well-maintained pools, restaurants and pubs. The hostess is extremely responsive, usually responding to questions within minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. As well, there is a wagon in the closet to pull your things to the beach or pool, along with a cooler and boogie boards. There is a bin on the back patio that is supplied with children's beach toys. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back to this unit in a heartbeat!

Nice getaway

Very nice property! Very spacious and accommodating! very close to the beach! It’s probably a two minute walk for the average person! Beds are very comfortable they just squeak! Wish they had a toaster! No other complaints!!!!

Had fun!!

It was a perfect vacation the beach is so close taking maybe 3 minutes walking and the pools are nice my kids did not want to get out at all the check in process was easy we arrived got the code and enjoyed our stay the house was clean has pots and pans a grill in the back the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice I honestly have no complaints everything was perfect and Fayla was so helpful accommodating me as much as she could she made this trip breezy

PCB Townhouse

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of space and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Highly recommended! Ms. Vaughn was delightful and incredibly helpful during our time there. We’ll definitely return and look forward to staying in her Pigeon Forge cabin. Thank you for everything! Oh, and Oooops! My apologies as I forgot to grab the few leftover groceries from the fridge before our departure. Sorry about that!

Awesome!

We had a blast. The condo for the most part was clean however the cleaner didn’t leave any toilet paper and only 1 extra garbage bag. It was definitely big enough for my family of 6. Me and my 2 littles had a lot of fun out back looking at the canal for little turtle heads poking out. Every time I messaged Fayla she responded with in a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice townhouse community

Just a few minor issues with the townhouse but overall the stay was fun and enjoyable. Only a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The issues were that the main bedroom bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan didn't work either, shower curtain liner in upstairs hall bathroom had mildew on it and the outside porch light didn't work. None of the above mentioned affected my stay so I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at the beach

The property was a short walking distance to the beach. I didn’t realize that all 3 bedrooms were located upstairs, so it was difficult for my mom. The kitchen was stocked nicely so we were able to prepare meals at the townhouse. The complex had nice amenities.

Perfect for a family vacation!!

Communication with our host was great:) The property was more than spacious, and it was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own room, which is much needed with teens, and the jacuzzi tub in the master suite was a nice bonus. We loved where the townhouse was located on the property, which happens to be right across the road from a pool and gym, a 2/3 minute walk to the big pool, and a 2/3 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful:) We made use of the beach toys, chairs, and coolers which was nice:) If I were to make any recommendations it would be to have a wagon available or bring your own if possible. Our friends staying a few townhouse down had a beach wagon in theirs and it was a lifesaver for beach days:) This property is also in a perfect location for short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. If you are thinking of booking this property, don’t wait, we will definitely be back:)

Amazing!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. Everything is just as they appear to be on the pictures. Ms. Fayla is a wonderful host, she's so sweet and very responsive. From here out before I book any vacation stay I will be checking to see if she has any properties at the location I will be traveling to.

Great place!

We loved this place! It was perfect size for 2 family's! It had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and respectful. And we were just a short walk from the beach as well as heated pools. We will definitely look here first when returning!

Nice place for a family on Pananma City Beach

My family and grandparents had a great time at this house. The house is very new feeling on the inside because it was recently remodeled. I would say it is even better than the pictures show. We really enjoyed being in the Gulf Highlands neighborhood. It was a very easy 3 minute walk to the beach, yet a fairly quiet neighborhood. Much preferred to all the tall high rises along the beach. My kids loved the heated pool, and it was never crowded It was about 2 blocks away, but that was fine. We enjoyed the tennis court across the street. The neighborhood was always nice for a short stroll or bike ride, because it was never very busy. If you want your own house for a good price on Panama City Beach, it would recommend this property.

Family and I loved the place an location, its just a short walk to the beach . Townhouse had everything you needed. Even beach chairs an toys for the kiddos . Owner was very helpful an responded quickly. Definitely will have to come back here again next time.
