The condo was clean, organized, and up to date. It is well decorated. Everything needed was available. Plenty of pools and hot ubs. The beach was great, too. Must bring your own beach towels and beach chair

The beach service was strict about rules where to sit up and what chair to sit in I have a bad leg and couldn’t sit with the family because my chair was higher than they allowed Overall a wonderful trip

We couldn’t check in because we were told the place was trashed from the people before us the lamps were broken and it had blood on it the sheets also had blood stain we showed the lady there the AC didn’t start working till two days after we checked in thanks to the lady working there she called some to check it out it was just not satisfactory and all they did was sorry well extend your checkout smh

The unit was great. The entire property was very clean! Only downfall was the elevator and beach chairs. To get second row beach chairs, you need to be in line by 7:30, unless you paid for them out of pocket for the week. The umbrellas were not able to be used when it was windy and they would not allow us to put up a shabumi shade over our chairs- you can go to the left or the right of the chair rows with your own gear but it fills up super early.

Room was better than described! We felt like we had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from near by that were very good. Only negative thing was the elevator. There were plenty to choose from but over half were broke down while we were there. Of course that is no fault of the owners. Thanks for allowing us to visit the beach and stay in your wonderful condo!

We love it!! There is fun for the entire family. Condo was clean…. The only negative to the stay was the elevator wait. If you need to get somewhere in a hurry, you have to plan ahead. The middle elevators seem to be quicker. We plan to stay again! The view is amazing and the location is great. Super close to Pier Park, and that’s a plus if you have a teen!

Check-in was horrible because everyone checks in and out at the same time, so it was really crowded. The condo was lovely and just like the pictures. My family had plenty of room to spread out and everyone was comfortable. We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly. We'd love to come back, but would ne nice if check in could be staggered.

Maintenance sucked!!!! Had to live with an inoperable sink all week in the kitchen. Kitchen flooded - had to use my personal beach towels to hold back water pouring from dishwasher for hours.

Last minute booking so first time at the Tidewater 30th floor wasn’t as bad as we thought. Elevators were sometimes slow but not a real issue. I would recommend that the kitchen be updated with new cooking pans and skillets as we are breakfast people and the one skillet was awful (really wanted to use the s word). Besides that it is was very enjoyable and would recommend.

This property has amazing views! We saw sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and dolphins! The view allowed us to see so many different sea creatures! It is very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed a much needed vacation!

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. However, kitchen wasn't what I would call fully stocked to cook full meals. When you have 10 people staying, one dishcloth, and one kitchen towel just aren't enough and NO potholders. The dishwasher powder did NOT clean the dishes. Not real complaints; all liveable. However, the elevator situation at this property really needs to be rectified. Broken down all hours of the day, and there are just toooooo many people to have to wait on two or three working elevators-waiting 45 min to an hour is ridiculous.

This condo was extremely clean and nice. However the elevators were a nightmare!! The line would be out the door and we waited sometimes 30 minutes for an elevator. At one point we even had to climb the 25 flights of hot humid stairs because the elevators were broken. We loved everything else besides this and would have gladly stayed here again if not for this fact. We were forced to leave the beach an hour or more earlier just to account for elevator time.

As a long time tidewater guest believe sadly that this may be the last year for our group. It seems the elevators continue to get worse sometimes waiting up to 45 minutes. Overall the unit was perfect with one exception for us the mattress where very very firm.
