A causa dell'uragano Michael, l'edificio sta avendo un nuovo tetto. Mentre sono in corso le riparazioni del tetto, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio potrebbero essere chiuse tutti per gli ospiti, tuttavia ci viene detto che aprirà nei giorni in cui la costruzione non sta andando avanti e un'ora dopo il completamento dei lavori nei giorni di costruzione. Quest'anno abbiamo acquistato il servizio spiaggia per aiutare i nostri ospiti in questo inconveniente.
Sterling Beach è uno dei resort più nuovi e lussuosi del Golfo in Costa Smeralda. Si trova su Thomas Drive - l'elegante e familiare est della città di Panama City Beach di St. Andrews State Park (2 miglia). Sterling Beach gode di oltre 300 metri di fronte al mare.

Questa lussuosa unità 2BR / 2BA si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia situata al 7 ° piano. La pianta del pavimento offre 1.450 piedi quadrati di spazio e 10 'soffitti. Vanta ampie viste sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina e sul suo balcone privato di grandi dimensioni.

Questo lussuoso appartamento a 5 stelle con cucina a vista nel soggiorno dispone di una TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici.
L'unità può ospitare comodamente 6 - 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto queen-size. " Wifi gratis"

 La tuta anteriore si affaccia sul Golfo e si apre sul balcone. E 'arredata con un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici. Questa master suite ha una cabina armadio e un bagno privato di grandi dimensioni con vasca idromassaggio, ampia cabina doccia con panca e doppi lavandini.

La seconda camera da letto ha 1 letto matrimoniale e confina con il bagno della sala che lo rende il suo bagno privato, se lo si desidera.
Dicembre 2018 - nuovi elettrodomestici aggiornati in cucina e aggiunto un po 'di colore agli armadi in cucina e bagni.
Completato Nuovi lavori di ristrutturazione 2016. Unità ha nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta l'unità, nuova vernice in tutto, nuovi letti, cornici e mobili camera da letto e set di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Nuovo divano letto / divanetto, tavolo da pranzo e frigorifero.

Very clean and well kept property. Enjoyed the use of chairs and umbrella while on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to returning later this summer hopefully. We used the on site gym each day also. The pool was great also.

Staff at condo couldn't be nicer (facility and beach). Host super responsive, appreciate that. Nice condo, loved the 7th floor (wouldn't love anything higher). We were there for Spring Break (Mi) and it was busy but not packed. Felt we were far enough away from the busy part of PCB - we did not want the Spring Break vibe and accomplished that.

My husband and I loved your condominium. Thank you for sharing. It was a beautiful location. Everything was available and within driving distance to all the things that we needed beach access and swimming pool were wonderful. The chairs were a great help. Also, the little things that you left in the condo such as extra chairs and the bracelets for the swimming pool and all the things in the kitchen, etc., very well stocked place thanks we will be back.

We loved how spacious this condo was! We loved how big the balcony was and I enjoyed reading on the lounge chair. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There were no seasonings like salt/pepper for cooking; so I would recommend buying any seasonings that you will need for your stay. We loved that this condo came with beach service! Michael was so helpful and friendly, always moving our umbrella for us depending on the sun. You do need to go down to the beach and reserve your spot for your entire stay- so do that right when you get to condo (just give your room #). Once spot is reserved, you don't have to worry about getting up early to get your spot on the beach as they are already set up for you :) The condo was very quiet and residents were friendly. Pool area was very nice and heated. Surrounding area was a little run down, however, if you are planning on staying at the beach most of the time it's perfect because its more quiet. Lots of things for kids to do nearby. Highly recommend this condo for the cleanliness, size, amenities and best of all the BEACH!

We have traveled to Panama City Beach for over 7 years. We always stay at Sterling Beach Condos. We LOVED this unit and can't wait until next year. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The unit was clean upon our arrival. The décor and layout was perfect for our family. The beach chairs and boogie boards supplied were an extra bonus!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo. My husband and I were there for 3 days and then we were joined by our son and daughter in law. This condo has everything you need for the beach....chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, etc. We ate dinner in 3 nights (eating and watching the sunset from the balcony, what’s better than that?) and ate out the other nights. We played games in the evening at the huge table. Beds are super comfortable, we slept great! Made use of the exercise room multiple times and the pool was just delightful! Sterling Beach Resort is located close to all the restaurants and businesses my family loves to patronize. This is a great place to stay, we already have this condo booked for November for a quick getaway!

The owners were quick to help when we had a problem with our parking pass. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Only concerns were a shortage of towels/wash cloths - only 3 per bathroom and not an abundance of hot water. I tried to use the jacuzzi, but couldn’t get enough hot water to fill it up.
