The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years old and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Per HOA regulations, the unit accommodates only 7 people (including children of all ages). If you have more people, you cannot check in, and your money will not be refunded.

The registration fee is paid directly to the resort, and it is $46.28 per pass (subject to change without prior notice)

For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze during your stay. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or enjoy local activities, this beachfront condo offers the perfect spot to unwind in a serene and peaceful setting.

And don't forget: guests will also enjoy access to the pool, a fitness center, and miles of soft sandy beach.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is right on the surf and sand where you can find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle sailing, and many other exciting beach activities! Less than a mile from your rental, you'll find the amazing Saint Andrews State Park, which is the most visited state park in Florida, with fishing, picnicking, hiking, bike riding, and much more. You are close to several other family-friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, and Miniature Golf as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

This property is old and not updated despite the photos. I felt it was dirty and uncomfortable. The access to the beach was easy and pool area old but nice.

The unit was very clean and was nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The unit porch opened up to direct access to the pool, which was nice. The only complaint was the beds. Both of the big beds were pretty uncomfortable. The king had a hump in the middle and the full had a low spot in the middle. Would stay here again.

The owners of the other condos were rude. Acted like they were all high and mighty. I will not be back to moondrifter. The HOA was very nice and helpful. Just the other owners were not.

We had family that rented there as well. All of our kids (all under12), had a blast. This was a very family oriented place and we could rest easy and not have to constantly worry about our kids. Very laid back atmosphere. Condos were very clean and plenty of room.

We stayed at Moondrifter Condo and had a wonderful time! This was a last minute trip for my family and this condo did not disappoint. It’s close to everything! The property sits right on the beach and all those that we encountered (Security/Office Manager) were so welcoming and helpful. Wonderful Experience!!
