Nantucket style beach home, only steps to the beach! Cape Cod in the South!

SEAS THE MOMENTS is a lovely Nantucket style beach home with high ceilings situated just steps from the beach AND a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. The home boasts 3 1/2 baths/4 comfortable bedrooms - 2 Kings - 2 Queens - bunk room and a third floor tower - 2 additional Twins.

The Master Suite on the second level includes a King bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a king bed with a full attached private bath. The upstairs guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The tower room on the third floor offers a built in twin bed with futon as well as a TV. The washer, dryer and powder room are located on the first floor. Additional living space to the rear include a spacious back deck with grill and outside shower. WIFI included.

Carillon Beach Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Seas the Moments is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES. Pets considered on request.

Great neighborhood and house

Carillon is a beautiful neighborhood. Houses are all interesting and well manicured. We walked the neighborhood every day. The house is equally beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Had a great time and plan on coming back.

Spacious Carillon Dream Home

This beautiful home is spacious, close to the beach, park and pool, clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and a very good management team. Our family of 6 adults and 5 children were very comfortable here!

Perfect Rental

We couldn’t say more great things about this rental. Location was amazing, perfect for families and loved how clean it was. Also appreciative of the beach towels, toys and stocked cooking utensils and pans. Loved the front porch sitting. We will definitely be staying here again.

"Seas the Moment" October 2023

"Seas the Moment" on Seahill Avenue was fantastic. It was an immaculate and stylish place with everything you need. It is in a great location, and it is in close proximity to the ocean and a little Carillon Beach center with a coffee shop, general store, and a Sports bar. Karen S gave us clear instructions for the expectations of the house, including what was necessary when we departed. Karen also left us a helpful collection of notes and dining recommendations for us to use. I would include in the welcome book to purchase additional toilet paper and body soap. I would stay there again the next time I come to Panama Beach.

Love this place

We have stayed many times through the years. Finally was able to have our dates and the availability of the house to line up again after several years. Many memories! Very clean..comfortable…convenient. I recommend it to anyone…large or small family. Just don’t grab our dates..hehehe!

Family Vacation

Great house for family vacation

The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped ! Plenty of kitchen stuff to use for meals, and there were even spices and a crock pot! The only down side was there were only 2 drawers for us to use for food storage and with a family of 9 we definitely did some food shopping so it was a disappointment to have to store stuff on the counter tops and move some things around in order to make room. Overall the house was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely book again.

A Beautiful Beach Vacation!

This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. a short walk to the beach and to the main pool.The home has a well equipped kitchen including spices and basic cooking items like oil, flour, sugar etc. there are pool and beach toys and an extra beach umbrella. The home has a great living area that includes a dining table for 10! The front porch is a wonderful extension of the living area. The bedrooms were very nice and mattresses were all comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting both Karen Sandel the owner of Carillon Beach Rentals and Kristie their head of housekeeping. They are both lovely and accommodating. Eric, the young man cleaning our house even offered to help us unload our car!!! We would certainly recommend "Seas the Moment," or other properties managed by Karen.

Family Beach Days

This home was perfect for us. Extra clean, well situated and convenient to all we love at Carillon. We don’t mind rainy days staying in Carillon. Sun always comes out, kids splash in the puddles or we swim in the pool when it rains.

Weekend Get Away

A group of 10 friends all stayed here for 3 nights. The house was perfectly spaced out for couples and super close to the beach. We will definitely be back to stay again. I wish we would have booked another weekend here sooner!

Great space but needs cleaning and restocking

This house has great space and a great location. However, the house itself was not clean. The floors and counter tops were not clean when we got there. Bathrooms were definitely not clean. For example, hair was in the bathroom shower drain and dried urine was on the walls by the toilet. Throw rugs were filthy and needed to be thrown away or replaced. The furniture including the couches in the living area and master bedroom mattress were extremely worn and dirty. Multiple ceiling light bulbs were out and not replaced. The kitchen is poorly stocked with the basics such as silverware and water glasses. We are a family of five and did not have enough glasses for a dinner without using our plastic cups. Nice space but desperately needs a deep clean, restocking, and some new furniture.

The house is great. Plenty of room and space for the teenagers. It's super close to the beach and activities kept everyone busy. You really don't need a golf cart (we didn't use one). Beds were okay. The furniture could use a good cleaning or be replaced as they are extremely stained. If you plan on cooking you might want to bring your own cookware and utensils, it's very limited. When you flush the toilets it makes a very loud noise throughout the whole house, like there is air in the pipes or something. Wakes people up at night. Other than that it was a very nice place.

We love Carillon!

Our family party of 8 had a nice week at Sail on Inn. We have stayed at Carillon numerous times in various houses, and we love the location and neighborhood. This house is cute but needs a little updating. The dishwasher was broken so we had to wash everything by hand (and due to the pandemic we ate just about every meal at the house). The owner was very responsive and sent someone to try to fix it, but he could not fix it. The master shower had a lot of black mildew and really needs a good cleaning. The lights in the other second floor bathroom (where shower and toilet are) do not work—the only light is from the transom windows. We loved the proximity to the beach walkover (about one block); it’s a little bit further to the pool (about two blocks). This area of Panama City Beach is our favorite, and you can’t beat sitting on this beautiful beach all day!

Lovely Community

WE had a wonderful trip to Carilllon Beach. Our grandkids loved riding bikes through the community and Sail On Inn is located just a few steps from the walk over to the beach.
