“Things like plugs, iron, lights, phone didn’t work the elevator sounded like it was ready to fall apart. The whole place just needed some serious maintenance. My 8?year old granddaughter said they named it wrong it should not have been called BEST western because it was not Best.”

“Able to bring my dog was a plus. The breakfast was very good.”

“Although the room was technically clean, it left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, the desk staff member said how we got the best, quietest room in the whole hotel. It was not in the main hotel building, it was outside and looked like a remodeled pool shack. First, it took us a few minutes to get in the room because we couldn't get the handle to work (the desk staff member warned us to "lift" the handle because there's something wrong with it). So much for being quiet, there were 3 adults...
