Hotel a Panola

“The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. The hotel was pretty empty and we were told no other room was available. Also the reservation stated breakfast was included, during check in we were advised there is a restaurant on...

“Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it.”

“We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...

“Wasn't going to say anything but after he promised a refund when we found bedbugs he didn't. Had to go through expedia to get it.”

“My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either”

“The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.”

“Sheets dingy and smelled. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. No breakfast as stated.”
