“Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need. Weakness There is no elevator for 3rd floor. ”

“Nessun problema, personale cordiale e internazionale, ottimo ambiente per pulizia e decoro. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà nel comprendere l'utilizzo della domotica(non proprio immediata) ma alla fine me la sono cavata. Il bagno è notevole, pulito e fine, bidet, ampia vasca da bagno e una splendida doccia. L'hotel era silenzioso di notte e ben animato di giorno grazie al bar, ristorante, boutique e un centro sauna-palestra-wellness di cui però non ho approfittato.”

“Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad). Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7). Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). ”

“We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

“Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. “The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...

“It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. I slept very well on this large bed, it was quite a surprise too. Overall, very unexpected and cheap stay. No caffe around, so either get food delivery or walk for some time to...
