“The staff is phenomenal. They definitely put customer service ahead of everything else. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was updated and very well appointed. Everything worked as we expected. Plenty of fast food places close by, and more if you don’t mind driving to the other side of Troutville. There is a DG close by, and a Walmart across town (close). “Clean large updated rooms. property was under remodel when I stayed but I’m sure it will look great once finished. I wasn’t impressed with breakfast, extremely limited so that is something that definitely should be improved. Lots of parking space.”

“I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. ”

“Parking was easy. The rooms were fantastic. They are beautiful. Everything was clean. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the bar closed really early and they also were out of pretty much everything to make on their menu. So it would have been nice to get a drink and enjoy there. But I guess I don't do much business which is unfortunate. Overall though, it's a great property to stay at”

“What a gem, really enjoyed staying at The West End Flats. Our apartment was great, large bathroom, high end kitchen, We didn't need them but full-size washer/dryer was in the unit. AFOG onsite is wonderful, we picked up a brew each night and played corn hole in their back yard. ”
