“From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.”

“Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch.
FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor.
The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe.
Rent with caution. ”

“My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,”

“We stayed here for three nights, and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It's in a good location and the walk up to the second floor was not too bad. It was as advertised, and we would stay there again when in Bridgeport. ”

“"I recently had the pleasure of staying at kings park, (my second stay here) and I can confidently say was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, hosts Stu and Steph went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.MOverall, I cannot recommend this property...

“Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.”
