“Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m.”

“When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes.”

“Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. ”

“If you want to smoke weed and hang out like if you are in a frat party, than this is the place for you. I had to request a room change because the whole floor and room smell like marijuana. The staff were very pleasant and extremely embarrassed about the situation. Its unfortunate. I would not stay here again. I'm sorry if i want to go to the hood than ill go here but that is not my preference. To think it was for a volleyball tournament for middle school girls. Very disturbing.... ”
