“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“This hotel has the potential to be really nice - it’s in a great spot at the inner harbor, has a really airy sitting area on the third floor, and has a nice roof terrace with a little pool and plenty of seating - but you can tell Hyatt is not investing in staffing it with enough people or keeping it up. “I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel , please don’t go here. It started off with a 5 hour delay to get into my room , we got in the room at 3am Becuase the messers up my reservation. When I for into the room it was the wrong one I selected instead of a one bedroom the stuck me into a studio . The next morning I woke up to water gushing everywhere in the room , the trash compactor in the since broke and there as old food and stuff everywhere . The smell was unbearable . To top it...

Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. “We were not pleased with the conditions of this room and the establishment. It is in a slummy part of Baltimore and the room was barely passable as a public accommodation. We will not be going back there.”
