“It took 2 hours to check in. The hotel and room is dirty and an a bit run down. The elevators kept getting stuck and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. The ceiling has mold and mildew stains. The hotel smells of dirty water and pets and it just has an "ick" to it. “I would not stay here again. The hotel was disappointing and did not live up to its listing or the price we paid. Our room had black mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. The pool was small, looked dingy, and was out of service for two days while awaiting chemicals. The listing advertised complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, but they were unavailable for the first several days of our stay. Since we were told they weren’t available, we ended up buying our own. About halfway through...

“Overall it was ok, but the staff was rude at the front desk when the room was rented for an additional night, I called the store and set it up for my girlfriend to come down and have the keys re keyed since we were staying in the same room then when she went down to do it the lady was very rude about doing it, after it had already been set up for this.
