“The staff here are wonderful! They work hard, they are knowledgeable and brilliant to talk to and always make our stay the best we get anywhere. The rooms are comfortable with good ensuite facilities and who wouldn’t want to sit back and admire the grounds. And of course the wonderful pool and surrounding facilities. “The hosts were so kind and the bnb was gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. They had a fan available which was needed for how hot it has been. Breakfast was delicious and more than generous portions with a variety of options. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Very nice stay at this historic inn. Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing staff. Lunch and drinks at the lounge were very good. It’s a building built near the late 1600’s (as I was told) but has been well maintained and it’s in a great area of town. We’d recommend to anyone. ”

“Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and...

“Room was huge, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were all friendly & helpfull, making our stay very pleasant. Wifi didn't work but didn't affect us and only tiny criticism would be a lack of hooks/rails in the lovely bathroom, as there was nowhere to hang wet towels. ”
