“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. “The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very dry and it was right by the door to the stairs which would bang and shake our room each time it closed. The breakfast was okay - some welcome hot items but everything was squished into a very small space. The breakfast attendant worked hard to keep up with everything.”

“This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”
