Chalet a Penisola di Kitsap

“First of all the staff was unbelievably nice and accommodating. Updated and clean rooms. Breakfast was a great spread and variety, Fresh food and clean dining area. The gym was lacking but it worked. There is a sauna near the pool too. Will be back.”

“Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable and convenient location too.”

“Great stay, friendly staff, and close to the ferry terminal.”

“Patsy was great to work with on some unique needs I had. The location was fantastic, and the property is beautifully kept. Parking is a challenge, especially for larger vehicles.”

“-”

“Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question. ...

“Place was nice and clean, staff was extra friendly and helpful”

“1 coffee mug in queen room and 3 pillows. Weird. Needs updated no USB ports I had my plugin with me. 2 towels. Room was clean. Heater fan was loud and a little difficult to figure out. Got it after a few tries lol. Fridge has a freezer which is nice.”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”

“everything is good”

“Room was ok, clock not set to proper time, no spare blankets, coffee at morning breakfast was a bit too strong, waffles were great!”
