“At first glance even looked great. However after checking in we noticed the ground floor room we had was irregular concrete covered by a a short pile carpet. It was like there were 1/2” x 3-4” cookies under the carpet like it had been used to cover an irregular concrete surface. Not good for my wife who is confined to a walker since breaking her pelvis 2 mo ago. The jetted tub did not appear clean so I did not use it.
