“Habitación limpia y muy buen hotel en general. No pude desayunar porque estuvo muy lleno el comedor y la gente estaba comiendo hasta en el lobby, pero en general todo bien.”

“There is no hot tub, they need to update the photo on website. Other than that it was great! The room, bathroom, and pool were all clean. Breakfast was neat too, really nice. My family& I enjoyed it and will most probably stay there again.”

“The checkin process needs to be updated very much… is not possible that it took almost 45 minutes to complete the process and I was not informed that I had to make a deposit of basically the 75% of the night fee, and that fee will be reversed on my bak account in 3 days… I booked two rooms and one of them was not opening that was reported 2 times to the front desk and at the third time after 1 hour (extra) the room was changed. The breakfast was half of the promoted, missing bacon and other...
