“This property has not been well maintained . There was a hot shower and bed . But I wouldn’t stay there again .”

“Brand new construction in the middle of a huge development area. Nothing around less than 20 minutes drive. Beside this all good. ”

“Didn't stay at the Inn. Wasn't impressed with the front desk's lack of communication. Rang door bell several times to inform them I would be checking in later that day. No response. Upon arrival I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I made other accommodations for the evening.”

“The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.”

“This is in a great location. The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. We did not use the amenities but they looked nice. There is a really cute coffee shop & garden center next door that you should definitely check out!”

“The Zermatt Hotel has always had a reputation as an upscale destination in Midway, Utah, so when I saw the room rates for the Fourth of July weekend were so reasonable, I immediately booked four rooms for our group. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is that there is a $10 early check-in fee if you arrive before 4:00 p.m. One person in our group was charged the fee while the rest of us were not, so the policy didn’t seem to be applied...

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”
