“Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. ”

“The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

“There was 2 of us that stayed in a double room. BUT. They were double mattresses on queen sized platforms. As a result, both my friend and I kicked the edges of the beds several times. We both tripped and fell over the edges and I got a large bruise. I brought it up to front desk when checking out and they had security come down with a form for us to fill out. “I stayed here for a conference at the Huntington Center, it’s about a 10 minute walk away. Parking is close the building, you can see it from the lobby. Check in was a breeze, received an email about 10 minutes before check in with room number and key code. Got the luggage to the room, and it’s quite nice, w on the 4 floor, so the noise wasn’t an issue. Yes, there were loud cars and bike rubbing up and down the street, but it died down by 10pm. “Convenient to great restaurants and easy valet parking. Very clean hotel, room, and friendly helpful staff.”

“I didn't like the room, floors, bedding and bathroom area. The sheets were ripped. The face bowl was backed up and there was no maintenance on the property to fix it.”
