“The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms. “The beddings on my first day had not been changed or maybe it was just stains.”

“Stayed here 2 nights. The pillowtop beds were very comfortable but the pillows were just ok. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean however the diagonal toilet set up was odd and trouble some in shutting the door. All in all the hotel was convenient to our needs and clean. Not sure if I would stay again other then the comfortable beds. Just remember nothing in this world is perfect.”

“Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days. We didn’t want to move rooms, it would just have been too hard.”

“The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.”

“My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.”
