“All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.”

“This was absolutely wonderful accommodation, it was by far the best place we stayed in for our 10 days in Newfoundland. There was no scrimping on anything...towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, dishes etc. The view was lovely. It was so quiet and peaceful. Bay Bulls is a terrific place to visit as well. “This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

“Everything was lovely, clean and well-cared for. It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. My daughter and I loved it and appreciated doing a load of laundry! Thanks!”
