Gorgeous and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home near City Avenue and Saint Joseph University, 3 minutes WALK to public transportation (65 bus) that connects you to various parts of the city. Several grocery stores are within a 3-5 minute drive, including Aldi, Acme, Fresh Grocer, Giant, and Whole Foods. 15-minute drive to Center City Philadelphia, which houses wonderful museums such as the Philadelphia Museum of Arts, where the Rocky Baboa statue stands- the Philadelphia Zoo, which is only 11-minute drive away - A mini-shopping center -Target and CVS are only 5 to 8 minutes away.

This is the ideal home away from home for all types of travelers, including business professionals, families, and couples. The home has a beautiful, bright, and warm aesthetic that exudes a calm and peaceful atmosphere that is inviting and relaxing. A kitchen with almost everything you need for a wonderful meal, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses, juice maker, toaster, and so on. Each room includes a smart TV with a Netflix subscription to watch all of your favorite shows and movies, phone charging lamps, comfortable bedding, dressers for extra storage, and large closets and mirrors.
Our bathrooms are very clean and relaxing, and they have almost everything you could possibly need.
We have a washer and dryer in house, as well as an ironing board, and iron.

Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!

Property was as advertised. Row house on Residential Street nicely remodeled and up to date. Street parking, but not difficult to find a nearby spot. Owner was very responsive and contacted us immediately about items we had inadvertently left behind. 2nd full bath is on lower level, shower a little small and water just lukewarm, Narrow stairs to go down to that level. But- 2nd floor full bath is wonderful and 1/2 bath on main floor is convenient. Pleasant stay for our 4 person group and convenient location for what we had planned.

A Home Away From Home! Everything you needed was there, even charging stations for your phone. The house was roomy with beautiful bright decor. The host was helpful and friendly. She responded rapidly as well . I would definitely book again. We came to town for a funeral and the owner was very supportive. Thank you for having us.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, ample street parking. Ample pillows, bedding, towels. We had some questions about the A/C and owner responded promptly and helped to resolve issue.It was a bit warm upstairs but outside temps were 85-90. Ceiling fans helped.

Perfect stay in Philly

My family and I were in town for our daughter's graduation at The Mann. Matu's place was perfectly located. The home was clean and well furnished. My wife and daughter's really enjoyed the space. Matu was the perfect host. She was easily accessible and responsive to messaging. Check-in and check-out were effortless. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Philadelphia.

Philly Reunion

The house was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Sufficient parking. Upon arrival, the air condition was turned off, temps were in the 90s during 3 day stay. Upstairs where bedrooms were, did not comfortably cool off until last day. Thank goodness, each room had ceiling fans! Amenities stated there was a hot tub which we never found. There were no stores within walking distance. Entrance lock did not properly work. Property was overpriced.
