We'll Be Back

We stayed here while visiting family near by in Philadelphia. This will be our go-to spot for now on. We're a family of 4. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths was perfect. I will say that the rooms up front are warmer than the back room. But I'm not complaining. Central A/C is a blessing! Just in case you have a young child, there are only showers and not a tub. The check-in process was simple. A code was sent prior to check-in to enter the building and unit. The beds were comfy. We slept great every night. It is in a great location. It is close to the zoo and musuem. There is only street parking, but we were able to park directly in front of the building our entire 4 days/3 nights stay. I wish I took a picture, but the toilet paper was folded like a rose! The attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Great location, cute apartment

We rented for our daughter’s graduation. This was around the corner from her apartment and super close to so many activities. The street noise was very loud due to a bar very close that’s open h til after 2am but otherwise was very comfortable.

Pleasant

My husband, aunt, and I came to visit my son in Philly for a week. This was a nice apartment. I love that it had two bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer. Not a lot a cooking utensils, but that wasn’t a big deal. Our host was very punctual with answering questions. Also beware you have to walk up a flight of stairs to your unit. Not an accessible apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best part of our Philly trip

After figuring out how to use the codes to get in, this spot was our favorite part of Philly. It was clean and exactly what we needed for respite. It did get loud as people were leaving the bar downstairs and the street cars run into the wee hours, but we had everything we needed. And, street parking was plentiful.

Grand Apartment

We were all adult family members. We utilized all three bedrooms and two baths. We were 5 people in total and the space in the apartment was more than adequate. The kitchen and baths were both modern. Seating was good and everyone was able to sleep well at night. Could have used a few more coffee cups and a roll of paper towels.

Trip to Philly

This was a good place. It was comfortable for my family of 6. Could have had more towels and wash cloths and a sponge for dishes but all in all we would stay here again. The contact was very polite and quick to respond!

Girls trip

The apartment had everything we needed and it was nice to be able to spread out and relax at the end of a busy day. The neighborhood was not ideal as it was very loud until 1:30 or 2 AM due to foot traffic and patrons from the establishment across the street. Our host was very responsive to our messages and aside from the location, our stay was pleasant.

Comfortable and clean

The inside of the apartment was very well kept, decorated and convenient. I love that there were smart TVs in all rooms and games in the living room. I only have a few suggestions that would make it even better, mostly in The kitchen: a colander/strainer, large mixing bowls, kitchen knives (there were only butter knives, no steak or cutting/chopping knives), additional trash bags and directions to where to leave the trash when it’s full. The outside of the apartment building was not clean but that is understandable considering its public city streets; there was typical street litter. However, inside the apartment felt safe, cozy and very clean.

Our Philly Trip

The location was perfect being close to attractions. It has street parking which was a major plus. It was clean and nice size for 3 kids under 12 and 2 adults. I loved master being on other side away from 2 other bedrooms. Nice stove and large fridge!!!
