A Note About Our Pool:
• The pool is not heated and cannot be heated.
• Swimming is typically comfortable from April to September.
• In cooler months, the pool area is still perfect for lounging on sunny days!

• A baker’s paradise with a fully stocked kitchen, including flour, sugar, spices, and all essential baking tools.
• KitchenAid mixer and bakeware perfect for making breads, cakes, and other treats.

We are Dog Friendly:
• Please provide pet details at the time of booking
• Maximum of 2 dogs
• $120 per dog
• Dogs must be 50 lbs or under
• No cats allowed, no exceptions

Security cameras:
We have a front door Ring doorbell as well as 2 backyard cameras. We do not monitor these cameras. We use these to monitor the pool for care as well as landscaping.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
