The Space:
Drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright, this custom-built dream Mid-Century Modern home by notable architect David Lloyd Kenyon, is truly a masterpiece to behold! Located on a one-acre cul-de-sac lot in McDowell Shadow Estates, one of Scottsdale's most coveted neighborhoods, this truly unique home features an open floor plan that consists of an enormous, entertainers kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, a formal 10-seated dining room, and a sprawling living area with a wet bar and a 70' smart TV. Climb the dramatic, cantilevered staircase and find yourself in a second-floor wrap-a-round lounge that offers views of the backyard and the McDowell Mountains.

This is a custom-built masterpiece featuring classic, modern architectural influences: straight lines and simple geometric shapes that yield to overhanging eaves and clerestory windows, and vaulted roof arches in the back.
