Beautifully Renovated Glendale Retreat by RedAwning

Welcome to our inviting 1,200 sq. ft. desert-themed getaway, designed for a

seamless and stress-free stay with easy check-in and checkout. Featuring three

private bedrooms with no shared walls, including a master suite with a king

bed, rainfall shower, and dual sinks, this retreat offers both comfort and

privacy.



Conveniently located near stadiums, shopping, schools, golf courses, and the

freeway, we also offer RV parking at no extra charge. Recently renovated in

2022, the home boasts new flooring, countertops, and a fully updated guest

bathroom. Enjoy Roku-equipped TVs with YouTubeTV in both the living room and

master bedroom.



Each bedroom features comfortable beds with memory foam toppers for a restful

night. Relax on the back patio or let your pets enjoy the secure, enclosed

backyard. Come and unwind at our beautiful desert retreat!



Please note that the pet fee is $100 per stay, plus tax and processing fee.

Prior approval is required.

Great place

We enjoyed the home. Perfect for two couples. Very clean. Had everything we needed and more. Close to stores , dining, and ball parks. Only thing we wish was there were two king sized beds for both couples. Would recommend to others looking for a newer remodeled vrbo. Thank you!

Fabulous house!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Glendale! Very cozy, beautifully remodeled with a private backyard. We wil definitely make this our go to place to stay when visiting our daughter.

Exceptionally clean

Worked great for us since our granddaughter is attending ACU that was only 5 minutes away. The house was exceptionally clean, beds were really comfortable , great floor plan, had everything we needed in the kitchen! We will certainly stay here again!

Gem in Glendale!

We loved this property! It’s a beautiful house with a very drivable location. Allyse was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed. She also left us a welcome basket with goodies! It was perfect for our weekend trip.

Simply Perfect.

No frills, but it has absolutely everything you need. Newly remodeled, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, small but cozy… and we were able to have our dogs with us. :) It was also set up with all of basic cooking items and condiments you’ll need for a longer stay.

Fabulous home away from home! Loved everything about it.

This home is newly renovated, so it's like a brand new house. Easy check in, great communication with owner, super soft beds...I could go on and on. It's in a great neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants without the noise and traffic. We loved staying here and look forward to staying here again when we return. 5⭐️

Home away from home

We had a very nice stay in this home. Lots of xtra nice touches that made us feel at home. Close to grocery, restaurants, etc. Prompt responses from host with any questions. Clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend !!
