Questa bella casa 5bdr / 3a casa include qualcosa per tutti. Esterni: cortile recintato, piscina in recintato, centro giochi, area erba per correre, grill a gas per barbecue con zona pranzo e zona sgabelli per barbecue, altoparlante impermeabile Bluetooth, camino per fare smores, sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole e patio in vimini con copertura a ombrello.

Indoor: arredamento moderno in tutto. Ampia cucina al quarzo, sala da pranzo formale, lavanderia, area giochi: air hockey e biliardino, Smart TV con account Netflix incluso con Wifi. Master bdrm con letto matrimoniale comprende un enorme bagno privato, tutti i letti sono dotati di materassi comodi in schiuma nova con biancheria da letto ad alto contenuto di piumini.

La posizione è eccellente! Entro 10 miglia abbiamo 42 campi da golf (Waste Management Phoenix Open è solo 3. 5 miglia). Molto vicino a molti stadi e casinò per l'allenamento primaverile. Shopping mecca w / in 3 miglia: Kierland Commons / Desert Ridge / Scottsdale Quarter / Paradise Valley Mall.
Nelle vicinanze: ristoranti fantastici, vita notturna, mondo delle farfalle, zoo di Phoenix, Legoland, acquario e museo degli strumenti musicali.
Gite di un giorno a Sedona e al Grand Canyon

amazing holiday

We just returned home after spending eight wonderful days at this rental. Everything went extremely well and we would love to stay there again in the future. Simon, the owner, responded very quickly to any questions we asked. He was always pleasant and helpful. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and has easy access to shopping and services. Although the weather was not as warm as we had hoped, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool every day rain or shine. The home is well stocked and provides everything you could possibly need to have a great stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning to get away to Arizona for a carefree holiday!

Simon was easy and pleasant to work with. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Well thought out decor and organization made this an ideal home for families traveling with young children. Very comfy and cozy atmosphere.

Perfect for Families

We stayed at Simon’s home for 3 nights with 4 young children (aged 4 months to 6 years). There are so many nice touches that make this home perfect for families; There are numerous toys and games, air hockey was a hit, the secure pool gate and numerous pool floats and toys, the playground with sandbox where the kids could “hunt for treasure”. So many aspects of this home were thought through to make it as comfortable as possible for parents and children alike. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Scottsdale!

The house was beautiful! Fully stocked and prepared for families with small children AND adults. The gated pool, backyard patio, and play area made our stay worry free with the kids. Host was very attentive and responded to inquiries very quickly.

Perfect home for our family get together

Exactly as advertised with the most supplies (dishes, cutlery, spices, paper products, games, etc) we have ever had at a vrbo property. Plenty of room if all 9 of us had been there but with 3 missing, we had extra room. Simon was very easy to reach and everything was in working order in quiet, easy to reach neighborhood.

Fantastic house

We had an amazing stay at Simon’s house. It is in a fantastic location. The house was super clean, modern, nicely decorated, comfy beds and everything a family could need to make for a great stay. Simon was super easy to get in touch with and work with and I would recommend his house to anyone looking to get away in Scottsdale. We had 10 family members 6 adults and 4 teens and everyone had enough space to comfortable stay. my 80 year old parents were extra happy that there was a first floor bedroom for them so they didn’t have to go upstairs. It was a great vacation in a great city in a great house.

Everything was done nice and fully equipped.The only thing i would suggest is maybe pillow toppers to soften the mattresses in other bedrooms besides the Master bedroom, other than that we were pleasantly happy overall.

Great Family Getaway

This home has everything you need-comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and very, very clean spaces. The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful. We wanted to turn the sprinklers off so the kids could play in the grass. Not a problem! The pool was so simple to manage with the owners instructions. You can tell that the owner thinks of all the details to make your stay enjoyable. Would love to return to this rental.

Great Spot for Families!

Great space and location

We had a great stay at this property. House had a great amount of space and every item we might need including kids dishes and silverware. We were very glad we had the pool heated since temps were low for March. Kids swam every day. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Great property for a group

This property was perfect for us. The weather was nice so we were able to make use of grill area and seating area by the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized with labels to help us finding everything. The kids enjoyed the backyard playset and it was nice that this was separated from the pool so didn’t have to worry about them when they were out there. Just the right amount of bedrooms for our group so everyone had their own space.

Family House

We stayed at this home with our adult children and their four year old twins. The house was large and spacious, and even had a play structure in the back yard. We did have a maintenance issue with a faucet on the master tub, that was loose when we arrived, and then blamed on us. "Someone must have hung on it." Fortunately we had bought the insurance, so it was not our issue, but had we not, I would have been upset. It was definitely not our doing.I guess the moral is report everything that isn't in top working order immediately upon arrival. The TV was difficult to use, but after conversations with the owners, we figured it out. Overall it is a good house for an extended family.

Everything you need and some!!!

This house was truly wonderful, the owners thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay smooth and pleasant. Their kitchen is better equipped than mine, perfect for large families. Communication was also great. If we had questions or needed instruction on anything they got back to us immediately.
