“Very good price ”

“We were ripped off on the breakfast included as the hotel decided they would only voucher the adults and not the kids i guess it depended on who you talked to at the front desk and there was no where to sit and eat. either the seats were wet, sit at a bar with my kids or site with our plates in our laps. Room was extremely run down”

“The place was beautiful very nice and clean great.. Only thing is when you check in they don’t mention anything about the parking but when you book it says there’s parking on site.. I charge you $15 for parking but on the website it says it’s $13.. It just would really help if they told you upfront.”

“When we first arrived noticed the carpets to room were filthy. Inside room, living area tv did not work, light bulb burned out, clock set to random time. When we took a shower, the water wouldn't go off. We tried calling front desk, but phone didn't connect. Went to front desk and told them, said an engineer would be right up--he never came -- we went down again about 1/2 hour later and asked for an update--again no one came. . We noticed the drain was slow and the tub was going to overflow! I...

“The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.”
