“Very good price ”

“Service was great, but the suite we stayed in needs major renovations including: new carpet, paint, trim, door new mini fridge and a new air conditioner. The carpet has lots of large, gross stains and black spots and is raveling at all the edges. The mini fridge is old and has huge ice/frost and the air conditioner is dirty and rattles constantly. “Unfortunately there were crowds of families staying for traveling sports teams for kids. Pool area was unruly much of the time with kids being unsupervised by parents and or coaches. Hotel management was unable to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for other guests. Loud yelling jumping and ball throwing ruled the day . We would not stay here again based on these conditions. Too bad for Hilton not up to our expectations ”

“Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience.”

“Their breakfast is amazing with reasonable price. We will definitely come back for it. Their golf course is also suitable for family. My 8 year old daughter really enjoyed playing the short course. Staff members are courteous and genuinely kind. Room decor is modern and cozy, excellent as a first timer to visit Scottsdale.”
