“This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day.”

“A scorpion appeared in the bathroom. The staff helped me changed my room, which is good. But my sleep was interrupted and had a generally horrible night. I am very tired the next day, and the staff did not provide any compensation at all.”
