“Our stay was amazing. The hotel was situated in a nice secluded area. It was near alot of restaurants and grocery stores. We wanted something near Sea World. It delivered on that as well.”
“They left a nice card for us celebrating our anniversary. Had a great time, lovely place. Upon check in, found our room was warm with AC issue. They immediately moved us into a new room and were very accommodating.”
“There are some dirty spots that need a professional deep cleaning but other than that housekeeping does good for an overall clean of the room and sheets. ”

“The room was very comfortable and accommodated our wheelchair necessities. Breakfast was very good hot and tasty. Coffee was a little strong but doable. Air condition was nice and cold. No complaints about the hotel or the area was very convenient for our needs.”
“Highly recommend, the staff was absolutely amazing so friendly and accomodating, from the staff at reception, housekeeping etc, such a pleasure and nothing was ever a problem. The room was very spacious and super clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with hot and cold options. Nice pool and super close to the mall. This will be my go to place to stay when I am in McAllen. ”

"Buona posizione, ma struttura datata che necessita ristrutturazione e riarredo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, in particolare nelle aree comuni ma non ottimale nemmeno nelle stanze. Letti comodi, spazi ampi, colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di media qualità. Il costo dell’hotel è stato addebitato prima dell’arrivo e preautorizzato anche su seconda carta di credito, con ulteriore deposito di 100 USD. Poca attenzione"
