Hotel a Piedmont

“Hotel kept on really good condition. Staff was. A little less desirable, and I did not get the room I reserved (moved to two queens instead of one King).I would stay here again. ”

“This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The...

“This was the perfect accommodation for what I needed.”

“Nice place, easy to get to with lots of walkable restaurants near by. Staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. It's an older hotel, and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, but the room was clean with no smell. Great hot water in shower. Pool and hot tub were nice”

“The stay itself was excellent. The only downside if it's something you are looking forward to, is a hot continental breakfast, they don't have it. It's literally waffles and cereal. That's it. But outside of that, wonderful and quiet stay”

“It was an average hotel. Met my needs but didn't blow my socks off!”

“Pool was down for maintenance, which is understandable, but it’s one of the things I look for when I book our infrequent trips.”

“I chose to forego my payment (at that point it was non refundable) when I got to the property. It was not safe or clean. We paid to stay somewhere else for our one night in town”

“Hotel was well maintained inside and out. Safe and quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Jay at front desk was friendly and welcoming.”

“Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again.”
