“I have stayed in some dumps and this is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Changed rooms because mine was absolutely filthy. Next room was better but still dirty. Left my tablet in the first room and the cleaner stole it. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.”

“Beside the lack of parking due to trucks with boats taking up 7-10 spots instead of parking on the side of the building where they have more than enough room themselves, like most people with trailer/boats do, this place is fantastic! Will stay again!”

“Our room was full of ants, they were on the air conditioning, the beds and on the floor. On one of the beds were yellow stains, we went downstairs to ask for a different room and the desk clerk said there’s also roaches, be careful. OMG, who says that to a guest? It was so late we had to stay, beds very uncomfortable as well, never staying again”

“The room we got had an unusual smell. I brought it up to the manager, he immediately changed us to another room that was better. He and he other staff members were very friendly also. We had a nice stay thanks to the manager and staff”

“The room had a weird smell and felt humid with minimal air flow. There was a baseball tournament going on and families all over the front room when we arrived. It was loud and chaotic.”

“Very clean rooms/throughout all areas of the hotel, fair pricing, plenty of free parking, nice size pool and hot tub, well maintained, excellent breakfast and staff very welcoming. Best hotel in this area by a mile.”

“The place was so bad did not stay checked n and out within 15 minutes. Room was dirty the rails on the the2 nd floor are bad looks like they are doing so work. The place is dirty and falling part. There are several cars in the parking lot that have been accidents and looks like the are being store. Did not feel comfortable or safe even my dog wouldn’t get out of the car and he is usually the first one out. I had to find another hotel.”

“looks a bit outdated on the outside but the rooms are so modern on the inside.! the front desk staff is exceptionally nice, the check in was quick, the room was clean, the air conditioning was brand new, tv worked and was able to connect my xbox as well. my kids also enjoyed the stay as well with no complaints.! 10/10 recommend for the fulton, kingdom city, mexico area.!”

“Average property, nothing was poor or broken, some painting needed in some places. Staff did there standard job,nothing above and beyond,expect for housekeeping there was a flower toilet paper sheet. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast spread. Pool was clean and the hot tub was working, always a plus for me.”

“I was warmly welcomed during check in. The room was clean and spacious. Pool was sparkling and also very clean. Breakfast ticked all the boxes-filling and included with stay! No complaints.”

“Very poorly constructed. No ventilation in the bathroom—no fans at all. No return air I. Room and no way to open the windows, so the air-conditioning was working overtime simply recirculating the same stale air in the room. The humidity level in the room therefore was quite high. We don’t think we’ve ever had a worse view from a hotel room. We were in room 331 overlooking the Hvac system. Overall we would not stay here again such a joke that the going rate was $155 a night.”

“I would avoid this property until the renovation is complete. There is absolutely no parking at all. Huge trucks and trailers taking up 6 or smore spaces and so we had to park very far away. Also, what hotel doesn't offer breakfast anymore. Will not return.”

“Great for those a tight budget. Clean, comfortable and convenient to Columbia shopping and restaurants. Few amenities. Only electrical outlets was over the bathroom sink. ”
