“Walls are very thin so you will be able to hear everything going on from other rooms. It is worse with adjoining rooms.”

“We arrived early for checkin and the staff let us sit on the deck to have our lunch and enjoy the river view. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and there were several choices off what to have.”

“The Verdict ​Let’s start with the only positive: the staff here are fantastic. They were polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It’s genuinely a shame that such a great team is stuck working in a property this bad. ​This place is terrible and does not live up to the Sandman brand in any way. “What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.”

“Have stayed here twice now. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly, which is important to us.”

“Quiet clean comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Only glitch was we were put in one of the pet friendly rooms on the main floor which though clean retained some smell of dog body odor. We asked and were immediately relocated to a regular room which was very good. Great value.”

“Rooms are spacious, very well equipped and very clean. Many services in the hotel. A bit more availability of tables for breakfast could improve further.”

“The bedding and the bathroom were clean. The room was very run down. There was a power bar with the microwave and lamp that would not stay on. We kept having to jiggle it to make it work. You could not plug in the coffee maker as it was too far from a plug in. The carpet was dirty and there was only one curtain panel that barely covered the window. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and willing to help though. But I guess it is the old adage you get what you pay for.”

“Tv would not work at all . Tub plug not in the right place very old hotel bed were ok but hard and the pillows were terrible”

Camera con 2 letti molto comodi ottima insonorizzazione, spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, bagno comodo, avevamo anche una cucina completa, wifi veloce. Personale gentile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.”
