“When I arrived the system was down therefore the room keys did not work and the staff had to let the visitors in and out of the rooms. I was given a room that was dirty. My phone broke the same day of arrival and I was unable to make reservations for the restaurants on the resort in which was very upsetting because I wanted to do something special for My Son’s Birthday! “The location of this hotel was ideal. Very close to the airport and beaches. The pool was great and very well maintained. I was here with my kids and they were so pleased. We also loved that the beach access was very close (2 min walk) where they had chairs, towels and umbrellas for us. The breakfast was great as well. All the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again ”
