“I reached out to Expedia about one of the rooms that I had had no AC no heat no television that worked with a sauna in the room couldn’t use it. It was terrible. Maybe it was supposed to reach out to the manager and the manager was supposed to reach out to me. No one ever reached out to me. I will never stay at the property again. I ended up having to go to another hotel because I did book 2 rooms and I cannot stay in the second room with my coworker so I had to go to another hotel to be able to...

“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“I don’t think excellent is a strong enough word to describe what I experienced. I stayed here before so now the staff knows me. What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah...

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay ”

“Considerando che soggiornare verso il centro di Boston è carissimo e spropositato, questa guest house a Brookline rappresenta un buon compromesso per rimanere in periferia di Boston a costi accessibili. Il quartiere è molto caratteristico, tranquillo e sicuro e a 5/10 minuti a piedi vi sono vari locali in cui cenare e le fermate della metro per raggiungere il centro in circa 20/30 minuti. La guest house è molto carina, tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile e buona la colazione nella sala comune...
