“Property was conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was easy, staff member I believe her name was Jessica, was super friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean, no funky smells, king size room was comfy. Breakfast was okay, my kids had waffles, sausage and bacon, enough to hold them over until we were ready to leave, and that’s really all they need. The pool was “not freezing”, but not hot. Hot tub worked. Gym room was clean, not smelly, and functioning. There was nothing negative...

“I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

“Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!”

“Updated, clean and good amenities. I like more power in my shower, no in room safe and the auto close bathroom door was a bit of an experience, but otherwise no criticisms. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for two people, pool was great and there is an exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot on property and was well lit. Starbucks and McDonald’s are a 5 minute walk if you didn’t want to eat onsite at their restaurant. Good experience!”
