“It’s always a pleasure to spend time at this property. I visited 6 years ago and it still looks pretty good. A few maintenance improvements are needed but nothing major. It’s probably time to upgrade the furniture a little bit everything is still nice. I can’t wait to get back. ”

“Pros: Great location, nice staff, free 24/7 coffee in lounge, rooms are ok but clean. Cons: Breakfast is meh (its free though...) and the room had a weird a/c smell to it. We bought an air freshener and were fine; became nose blind in a day or 2. Overall good experience; would definitely stay again. ”

“I stay here often when I’m in the area due to how friendly the staff is and the easy access to the beach. This visit the water kept turning off and on during shows and when brushing teeth. Never could get an exact reason. Other than that great hotel! ”

“Breakfast is regular hotel hot breakfast.. they charge almost $15 per personnot including tax or drink. Have pools, hot tubs. Oceanfront, walkable places, family vibes. Overall really cool, chill place. Parking included with your stay. Will definitely be returning. Oh, full kitchen, could use more utensils, but i got the job done! Bonus is the almost wrap around balcony with the condos. ”

“There are quite a few activities listed as “experiences” on the website. I asked multiple staff there about these activities. Front desk, experience desk attendant, valet, pool staff… none of them had heard of any of them. We ended up going over to the Embassy suites (a sister site on the same campus but a 2 mile shuttle ride away) for lunch and lo and behold all those experiences were at that facility. “The hotel was is nice location. Spacious rooms with full kitchen and separate dining table. Great ocean view, pool and lazy river was great. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Didn’t like seeing dead cockroach in lobby. They don’t clean room every day so had to call front desk for clean towels and had to get bathroom tissues. ”

“I love the cleanliness. I love the pools all the pools the lazy river I love the toddler play area. I love the large pool in the center. I love the indoor pool outdoor pool. I love the baby one and a half foot little lazy river. I love the hot tub.”
