“Great staff, clean room and good working ac. Breakfast menu was fresh and different each day, a variety to choose from. Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B.”

“Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend.”

“Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.”

“The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.”

“Our room was in Oceanview efficiency which was tucked back in the back corner, so the view was partially obstructed. The room was pretty worn and not like the advertised pictures. Upon arrival there was no shower curtain and some dirty rags left on the counter. I tried calling the front desk, however the phone did not work, so I went down to the front desk and they said they would send somebody up to hang a shower curtain. “The building consisted of privately owned condos, so I’m not sure how much authority the staff would’ve had about a noise complaint. So I didn’t bother. There is a $44.80 per day resort fee and $22.40 per day parking fee.”

“Our room was clean but some spots due to oldness of building. We enjoyed our stay besides the parking. Had to park across the street in other garage because the other one was constantly full, but atleast there was another garage. Definitely recommend coming here! ”
