“Staff was very friendly from check-in thru check-out. They went above & beyond. The minute I opened the door, the room smelt very Refreshing, perfect room temperature, the bedding was extremely clean and fresh .. once jumped in the bed, I was very comfy. Pillows nice, new, and fluffy. The bed was most comfortable .. nice plush mattress. That’s Important. I was happy and will be going back. :)”

“Clean & well kept room, just what was needed for an overnight. Also had a small in room fridge which was nice. Very large facility but felt a little desolate just because there weren’t many guests. My experience was fine though! Incidentals fee feels odd for this style of hotel, but since many other hotels do it- it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Very lite breakfast options- but again I wasn’t really going for that reason”

“This Hotel was EXCELLENT, a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. The room was very nice, clean with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast was outstanding, scrambled eggs,bacon, bagels, etc and the eating area was spacious and quiet. The work out room was spacious with numerous treadmills, bikes, elliptical and weights and clean. (The whole hotel was clean!) We were going to stay downtown near the Fiserv arena for some hockey games but every hotel wanted $40/night for parking! The Fairfield inn...

“Good clean rooms”

“The staff was very accommodating as far as getting us on the 1st floor with the elevator out of order. They were great. Also we went to the restaurant/bar to purchase a bottle of wine for our room the bartender was fabulous with us as well as everyone on at the bar. She was excellent. ”
