“Good: Host responds quickly. Location is convenient for Disney and beach. Halfway to both really. Quiet, except for rooster nearby in the morning. Nice amount of spices in the kitchen.Not so good: the shower head had heavy water deposits and black slimy mold on the openings for the water. Disgusting. Host came soon and installed a new one once I emailed him. Housekeeping should have NEVER missed such YUCK. That was a long-time buildup of crud. I asked for a price adjustment but host did not...

The property is walking distance to the convention center which is exactly what we were looking for. Some things to consider: the hotel is in an area that is surrounded by apartments.
