They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.”
