“The room was very clean and the furniture was nice. The mattress was good. The pillows were good. There were towels and a small amount of toiletries. The kitchen had everything you need. The pool was very nice. You need to get there early if you want a chair. The bar is fine - small. ”

“Everything is exactly how it's pictured. It has beautiful decor and pretty much everything you can think of. The grounds and staff were excellent and extremely friendly. My son had a great time catching fish all day/night and watching the tarpon swim by. One night we saw a cat wondering the grounds. Then the next night a friendly raccoon. “We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but...
