“This wonderful spot and we had a fantastic time. The cabins are clean, beds and sheets are soft and the beach is spectacular. The food and service is excellent. It’s different than your typical vacation spot. By the time we left the staff and other guests felt like friends and family. And there are cats!! ”

“We spent 2 days at NEST tulum, everything was perfect, great service! The room was very nice and the beach bar great to relax and enjoy the ocean. there is no swimming pool in the hotel itself but at the sister hotel which is across the street in few minutes walk distance. Highly recommended!”

“Very disappointing stay I stayed at Casa Gitano after booking through Expedia. Our room had a serious bug problem with numerous insects inside. The bugs were everywhere on our clothes. The sink in our room was clogged, and staff had to come fix it. Shortly after, the hot water stopped working, and we were left having to use cold water. The pool was extremely dirty with sand and debris floating on the surface, and we were told it would take several days to clean, which they should have taken...

“Le stanze “tenda” sono molto piccole, buie e rumorose. Il servizio rimane discreto e la maggioranza dei camerieri è gentile. Il vero problema è che non controllano le stanze con le ordinazioni quindi, come è capitato a noi, se qualche ospite decide di mettere la sua cena da 5.000$ sulla tua stanza non puoi farci nulla. Pur avendo mostrato (con ricevuta della carta di credito) che all’orario in cui qualcuno cenava con la nostra stanza ero a cena in un altro hotel ad 1 ora di distanza hanno detto...

“Très bel hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, avec une vraie good vibe dès l’arrivée. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre-ville animé, tout en conservant un calme absolu. La plage est magnifique (malgré des sargasses importantes sur la fin du séjour) m. Le petit déjeuner est delicieux. Mention spéciale aux personnels pour leurs accueils parfait, toujours avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse.”

“Clean, cute, friendly place on a beautiful beach. We appreciated the small property (only 14 rooms), and the quiet vibe that allowed. Only downside to that is that the pool and lounge area was also very small, with only four loungers total. so, you hope for the other visitors to be out and about ;). The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the grounds are beautiful in the Tulum boho/rustic vibe. We also found the location to be great for great restaurants and shopping, and we walked to...
