This is a very unique unit, a 3 bedroom 3 bath PH with spectacular ocean views of the Caribbean and Cozumel. Located in the perfect spot to get everywhere in minutes. The beach, the shops, restaurants and cafes are next to you. Come and enjoy the most spectacular views from our rooftop!

This is one of the few brand new 3 bedroom units in playa, accessed by elevator with a privileged with ocean view couple blocks from the beach and next to famous 5th Ave. with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Super ample layout and nicely decorated Penthouse that will make you feel at home. High ceilings and full size windows provide great views, natural lighting and ventilation. The two stories roof top has an infinite pool, large lounge area and the highest jacuzzi in playa.

Inside the penthouse we welcome you to enjoy our high speed internet and smart tvs with access to Netfix, Amazon Prime and much more, when you are tired of hanging out in the sun. The dining room and living room are perfect places to enjoy everyone’s company. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom makes for a very comfortable stay. We’ve got yoga mats, beach towels and beach toys for fun for all ages.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for an extended stay: spices, pots and pans, dishes and more.

You can find all your basic groceries, water and other needs at the neighborhood markets and pharmacies around the corner. But best of all fresh juice bars and fantastic restaurants like The Pitted Date and Basic Foodie are only a couple blocks away. Our neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy being a part of a quiet local community while being steps away from the action.

Getting around is super easy with so much being in walking distance. The biciplaya rental station on the corner makes this even easier. If you’re renting a car, there is plenty of street parking with no meters! The condo can be reached from the airport by either using the Ado bus, hired car or ask us about our super affordable airport transfer option. We look forward to hosting your family or friends!

The area is about 15 mins from the main 5th Ave things but this is the start and the restaurants close by are amazing especially Ceviche curozon and Que Heuvas. 7/11 and Gomart close by 24 hours. A taco place in the car on 52 and 10th ave is the cheapest but the best local taco for 25 pesos. Another taco place between 54 and 52 on 5th avenue is amazing with Daniel. The apt was on 6th floor with basic facilities and AC. The shared roof top swimming pool and jaccuzi felt a little scary for kids ( since it was on the roof). No hot tub. The manger was, Scybil, was responsive. No cleaning during the stay

The property was clean and the three bedrooms with bathrooms fit our group's needs very well. We made use of the hot tub and pool-very refreshing. WiFi and air conditioning worked very well. All in all very comfortable. Only issue was a bit of panic because of the request for confirmation on the return to Cancun airport transfer. We were busy the night before and I didn't access the email requesting confirmation until a half hour before the scheduled arrival. Not having responded to the confirmation request I wasn't sure if the van was going to arrive. I talked to the taxi driver next door and he had a friend show up with a van also. So at the scheduled time two vans arrived. I paid the neighbor's friend for his trouble and everything was OK. An earlier instruction to confirm the return transfer would have been better, or a reminder the transfer will be there on schedule unless the guest notifies you otherwise would be more effective.

Very nice modern 3 bedroom condo

While condo very nice, the neighborhood has many barking dogs which means windows must be shut at night. Very steep 19 stairs to private rooftop terrace. The pool is small well over a meter deep with no ladder to get out. Few safety railings, therefore would not recommend for small children. Very clean however, tiny ants. Sybil was our property manager very easy to text with and quickly responded to our questions. Property located very close to north end of 5th avenue and Sunday street market. Recommend this Condo.
