“bella vista, personale alla reception affabile e gentile. distante dal paese, raggiungibile solo con taxi o uber. per due giorni dei 4 hanno fatto i lavori di levigatura del pavimento vicino a piscina e ristorante, con ovvio disagio (rumore particolarmente). Strano che si pianifichino questi interventi durante la settimana santa”

“The room was amazing. 3 bedroom villa, family of 5. Food was 8/10…we did all inclusive, if the prices we saw were accurate it would be almost prohibitive not to. Breakfast the best. Pools 9.5/10. Really nice. Gym was 9/10. Staff 10/10. Nespresso coffee and pods in room. Currently construction on the ocean side of vista encantada, but wasn’t very impactful. “If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. “This is such a special place for our family! The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful, and the views are spectacular. A few shining stars that were exceptional with their service were Rafael at Las Marias Restaurant, Enrique at Los Riscos Restaurant, and Arturo and Jesus poolside at El Patio. Cesar at Los Patios was the best bartender EVER! He took such good care of us-great drinks and outstanding service. We will be back!”

“The room was nice, large enough for 3 with a full kitchen. Considering everything in the area near the resort including the resort is expensive; cooking in the room was appreciated. The private beach, pool and the hot tubs are very pretty and nice. They have nightly entertainment but you need to pay 90$/head for a buffet to enjoy the show. I wish they allowed folks to watch the show albeit standing outside the performance area. It would have made the experience even better. Room service was...
