- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Our home boasts 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two bunk beds each, perfect for kids or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment.
- Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a breakfast counter, and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining.
- Living Room: Features a smart TV for your entertainment. **FIREPLACE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, DECORATIVE**
- Game Room: The basement is transformed into a large game room complete with magnetic darts, mini pool table, ping pong, basketball game, foosball.

Outdoor Amenities:

- Patio & BBQ Grill: Enjoy the great outdoors on our large patio with a fire pit, seating area, and a propane BBQ grill.
- Hot Tub & Gazebo: Relax in the hot tub under the gazebo, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
- Deck & Balcony: Savor your morning coffee on the deck or the balcony accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Community Amenities:

- Year-Round Events: The community Lodge hosts seasonal events for all ages, ensuring there's always something fun to do.
- Summer Fun: During the summer, take advantage of 3 outdoor pools, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as beach volleyball.
- Lodge Facilities: The Lodge also features a gym, library, and billiards room for adults.
- Family Activities: The Welcome Center offers a game room with ping pong, air hockey, pool tables, and a dedicated space for smaller kids.
- Lakes & Beaches: Enjoy the natural beauty of Arrowhead Lake with 2 lakes and 4 pristine beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating.
- Summer Rental Shack: For added convenience, the community has a Rental Shack open during the summer season, where guests can rent sports equipment, boats, and kayaks to make the most of the lakes and recreational facilities (subject to availability).

NOTE: Please check with us on events and current availability of community amenities, as some could be closed, which is beyond our control.

Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking needs. Pans, pots, skillets, plates, mugs, drink and wine glasses. Silverware and kitchen utensils are also provided.
We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Complimentary hand soap, shampoo and body wash.
Supplies we provide are for 2 days stay, if you need extra - stores are nearby.

**COMMUNITY (HOA) FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) HOA Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) HOA Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) HOA Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association (HOA); we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
Guest access
Access to the whole house, front and back yards. Only exceptions are locked supply closets.
Other things to note
Community (HOA) fees are mandatory and not included in booking price.

We are located in a residential community with some full-time residents. Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid causing any disturbances. If your actions during your stay result in a citation from the community, your security deposit will be retained, and you will be responsible for covering the citation fees.

Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house. You can also pick up a flyer with the Trash Center address during check-in at the Rental Office.
