“Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

“The townhouse had everything I needed. Check in was wonderful by the host. However Townhouse 42 definitely needs a refresh. couch needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Stained and torn. Great parking in your own garage and there is a security patrol 24/7 Lake view was amazing and watching the little blue fairy wrens in the backyard”

“Wonderful mansion. Very appreciated complimentary wine tasting and mansion visit. Room with spa bathtub was very big and fitted two in the tub but didn’t have a hair dryer. The room service was meant to be till 10pm but at 9.17pm they answered that because it was winter they had already closed the kitchen and kindly made 2 toasts and an ice cream. It would have been nicer to be informed at check-in.”

“I’m a regular at Middle Park. It’s sited in my favourite part of Melbourne and parking is a breeze. The rooms are well designed and fairly quiet. All hotels start to slide at some point. Things start to break, things get damaged, people take their eye off the ball. I feel like the first signs of this are starting to appear. A poorly functioning showerhead; a door that won’t properly close; dust and dirt in those hard-to-reach areas of the room, a paint chip here, a scratched cupboard there....

“I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit. ”
